Tom Gossin, the lead vocalist and guitarist of Gloriana, began his musical journey at a young age. At just 5, he took classical piano lessons and by 10, he started studying with a local jazz musician. The guitar came into his life at 12. After high school, Tom moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, with fellow bandmates to pursue their passion for music. Initially studying guitar at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he was encouraged to focus on songwriting and performance. This led him to quit college and dedicate 200-250 nights a year to music. Tom and Mike, his brother, eventually formed a o, eventually expanding to include Rachel and Cheyenne, giving birth to Gloriana.

Mike Gossin, another vocalist and guitarist, started with drums at 8 and guitar at 12. In high school, he won a citywide competition before joining Tom in Wilmington. Initially, he fronted his own band and later joined forces with his brother and Steve. In 2007, Mike and Tom decided to relocate to Nashville for songwriting and musical growth. Their paths crossed with Rachel and Cheyenne, leading to the creation of Gloriana.

Lastly, the band's influential member, Cheyenne Kimball, was born in North Carolina but spent much of her childhood in Texas. After seeing Tom, Mike, and Rachel perform, she approached them about joining Gloriana. This encounter marked the birth of the band's final piece. At just 16, Cheyenne, a guitar-playing prodigy, gained recognition with her debut album, 'The Day Has Come', earning her comparisons to Jewel's sister, young Sheyl Crow, and the singing Simpson.
